This appointment is exclusively for clients who have already purchased and missed their originally scheduled Blueprint Clarity Session. Your Pre-Session Intake responses, if submitted, remain on file and will be applied to your rescheduled session. If you have not already done so, please complete the intake form before your session.

Eligibility
This reschedule is available exclusively to clients who have already purchased a Blueprint Clarity Session and missed their originally scheduled appointment. New purchases are not processed through this page.
No-Show Policy
Missed sessions are eligible for one reschedule only. A second no-show forfeits the session without refund. TIH Industries reserves the right to decline future scheduling at our discretion.
Reschedule Notice Required
Reschedules must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the new appointment time. Same-day reschedule requests are not honored and will be treated as a no-show.
Pre-Session Intake
If your intake form was previously submitted, it remains on file. If not yet submitted, complete it before your rescheduled session. Incomplete intake responses may limit session effectiveness.
Session Format
All sessions are conducted virtually via a secure video link sent to the email on file 24 hours prior. Sessions are recorded for your reference and the recording is delivered after the session.
Refund Policy
Blueprint Clarity Sessions are non-refundable. This reschedule option is provided as a professional courtesy for clients who contact TIH within 48 hours of a missed appointment.
